Our Leadership

Pastor, Rev. Scott Flynt

Our Pastor is Rev. Scott Flynt. He came to serve at Fellowship as bi-vocational Pastor in July 2011.  He is married (33 years) to Michelle, and they have three children and one daughter-in-law: Zac and Elise (Palm Bay, FL), and twins Lauren and Peyton (Juniors at West Jones High School). Rev. Flynt holds a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies from William Carey University and M.Ed. from William Carey University. Rev. Flynt and Mrs. Flynt are both employed by the Jones County School District. Rev. Flynt is a Special Education teacher at North Jones Elementary School and Mrs. Flynt holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from USM and a M.Ed. from William Carey University and is a Special Education teacher at West Jones High School. Our Pastor's hobbies include most outdoor sports, going to the mountains of East Tennessee, riding his motorcycle and watching Crimson Tide Football!

Minister of Music, Charles Yelverton

Charles is Minister of Music, deacon, and has recently retired from Georgia Pacific.  He and his wife, Ann, live in the Summerland Community.
